Utube and BBc video clips

Mine take ages to load and then spend most of the time buffering

I've been fighting with this problem since last night. Someone sent me an email with a Youtube link.....it looks like it's loading but the stupid little circle keeps turning and not a damned thing happens....I've checked my firewall, cleaned up my cookies etc. and still can't get anything from Youtube to load....any suggestions would be appreciated.

After Norseman's post I downloaded Zillatube and you have to download the file to open it.....I can't get to the damned file! Still stuck.

Norseman tried the kiss approach and it said the clip was no longer available

JD any comments? Would really like to see the 147 of Ronnies

Richard,

Just click on the link, wait for the youtube page to start loading the video, then turn the volume on your computer down and go and make a cup of tea, or eat, anything to waste ten minutes or so. When you come back to your computer, the video will say, 'Replay Video'. Just turn your volume back up, sit back, click on 'replay' and watch a masterful bit of snooker. thumbs up

Yeah, good luck with that. I've been going through that routine now for over twenty four hours.

Mine goes to You Tube, looks like everything is working fine and starts loading.....eventually it says waiting for 74.125.14.94.........

And the little circle dots keep going round and round and round and round, and you can get as many cups of tea as you want but it never finishes.

There is but it would involve a complete overhaul of Thailand and Asia's telephone and internet cabling and systems! The only thing you could do is get a faster (and more expensive) internet connection. I use TOT's silvercyber package and can get most youtube or other videos online reasonably quickly. It costs me 856 baht a month (including telephone line rental), but it may not be worth it for some people, depending on their usage.
