That's an interesting situation. I suggest you look at this website that describes the ICANN doman name dispute resolution policy as ICANN is the organization that manages the Internet domain name system:

Here in the states, about once every few months, I read about a big, multinational company suing a small, 'mom and pop' shop over some type of name, or product name, infringement.
Right, or wrong, the big guy usually wears down the little guy. Big guy has more money, resources, staff, etc. |
