|
|
At Mr. Dan Guesthouse on the corner of Sa Sarong and Amnuasin (just opposite the Ray's Place)
they have six pcs of Jazz Train tickets for sale at the original price of 2500 Baht/ticket.
Ticket are of consecutive numbers 9 - 14 (incl.)
Now you can join the fun even if you are a shamefully slow starter.
Phone Mr Dan at: 08 5060 4527 to get your ticket or pick them up at Dan's Guesthouse. First come, first served. |

Mighty happy to oblige, good sah!. I'm afraid, however, that the tickets might have gone by now.
I understand that you, dahobbit, are one of the originators of this Jazz Train idea? All of you good
people playing splendid Jazz, Ragtime, Dixi, Swing and the woiks at Ray's Place on mondays, who came
up with the Jazz Train idea, deserve many thanks and even more kudos for the brilliant idea and obvious
very good value for the price.
Keep on trucking! |

To quote my betters at HHO:
",,,,live jazz jams held every Monday evening at Ray’s Place Restaurant at the corner of Sra Song and Amnuaysin Roads, one block South of the downtown night market. To find Ray’s Place, walk through the night market from Petchkasem Road until you reach the ‘break’ where Sra Song Road crosses. Turn left here (right if you are coming the other direction from the railroad tracks) and go one block. Ray’s Place Restaurant is on the far left (South and East) corner of this intersection, behind the green block ‘soldiers box’ directly on that corner. Phone is 08 188 042 11. "
Enjoy! |

Ray's Place had one helluva jam session last night. Good music, excellent chow, particularly the barbeques
were memorable. A very nice monday evening all in all.

Thanks, Farang. But that should be "Ray's Place".

You're right, Ray's Place is Ray's Place, no matter how wrongly I spell it. Grammatics aside,
the food and the music are really, really good, well worth the money! |
