As there are no smileys etc, I am assuming you are both serious.
Is this a wind up, or am I missing something? Maybe its time I went to bed as well. _________________ Green Army position 8=

BB, I don't know much about lips or the measurements of monitor screens, but I can modestly (aww shucks ) claim to be something of an expert on Japanese chicken sexers... _________________ Never argue with a man carrying a water buffalo... |

The standard European female chicken has often been mistaken for its Asian cousin. The Asian variety only varies because of a very small set of beak glands often refered to as 'lips' Thai's have a special dish not often made these days called (something like) 'paad chail' which uses said lips. However it takes about 30 female chickens to make one dish of 'paad chail'. It is often a great scene of mirth when someone in the village spends all morning trying to peel the lips off a chicken only to discover that its of the male variety... _________________ Why drink and drive when you can smoke and fly!

Because the moon looked so good tonight I thought I'd try photographing it in my quasi-intoxicated state:
And then just to the right of it I found this bright looking thing:
Camera was a little wobbly and its not easy taking a picture of something 370 million miles away but this is what you're looking at:
And here are the two together:

Yeah, it's a goodie tonight - just went out to check...
Problem: The Hounds of the Baskervilles will be howling melodiously with their noses pointed towards the great white ball. No, I haven't totally lost it (yet) - but we do tend to get some amazing choruses when there's a full moon. Rubble (aka snake wrangler) can do a pretty good yodel, then the others join in. Ahhh... the joys of living in the sticks.
Goodnight to all the lunatics.

I think the actual full moon is tomorrow night (16th) so we may be back with some more blurry pictures! _________________ Luctor et Emergo |

Being in the UK at the moment and being unable to contribute much Hua Hinny to this forum I though i'd post some pics I took a year or so ago.
I hope everyone enjoys them...

Great photos
Not sure I could capture the same on my brownie 125 or my concertina zeiss icon
Had breakfast the other day in Family friendly bar and got talking to this guy from Liverpool with the biggest Canon camera I've ever seen and a variety of super shots.
Told him about this thread and suggested he might post some of his asia wide travel pics.. Said he couldn't as he worked for National Geographic and every shot he took was uploaded to their database. Went on to say The National Geographic owned the photos, camera and him. _________________ Shine on you crazy diamond
