Anyone got a first hand experience with these folks and their construction deadlines? I am considering buying one of their new condo units - well would be condo unit in mid 2008 in a place called the hua hin gardens about 3.5 km south of the town. of course it requires paying 60% prior to the completion. I am looking for anyone out there who might have dealt with them in the past, either at the hua hin laguna or in the milford condo. mnay thanks for your opinion.

Samuel, do you have a problem with these people? This is your 4th thread about them in 24 hrs. I would have thought the existing one about HH Gardens would have been enough to get the answers you require...

Hi, not really, I was just curious and would like to know as I am planning on making the payment soon....just hoping someone can subtantiate things a bit more not that i know anything otherwise...so far received just one reply (thanks) but would like some more info
