No one talks a lot about that place in Hua Hin ...
I spend some time there on my last visit and I liked that quiet place a lot either in the afternoon for a cold beer or at night for some Mekong ...
I miss a part of my heart there ... say hello from Belgium to me if you pass by; she will recognize herself !

Cheers

Ah Ah Ah Ah !
I guess that on my fisrt holiday for years as single, I was looking for some fun ... Mr. Green
Indeed, HH was all that I expected at the moment : nice desert beach in the morning for reading and relax, and fair company in the evening for fun ...
I didn't check the Hilton Discotheque (yet). Anyone can tell if worth going there and what kind of people I'll find ?

Cheers

Jimiherf,
Peoples' opininions about The Hilton disco vary wildly.
In my opinion, it's overpriced, too loud with awful music and the biggest pick up place in town after the bars have closed. And all this is brought to you by the hotel that seems to have the biggest problem with the bars on Soi Bintabart.
Two faced *******!!!! Shoot em up

Jimmi, I agree with Lomumart, leave the Hilton alone. Cheesy band and DJ. Full of ladies who havn't picked up at date in the bar that night, so what does that tell ya? Funny how this venue is open till 2.00am, but all the Western owned bars have to close at 1.00am. Same goes for the late night Karaoke venues. Level playing field? Me thinks that certain people dressed in brown like to drink a lot of tea.

I also agree with Lomuamart - the drinks prices are a wind up and the band are mince. They play the same cheesy set every night. Zzzzzz....

The Hilton are coining it in and they shouldn't be encouraged to try and monopolise the late night market, at the expense of other bars. Shoot em up

I would however disagree that the DJ doesn't know his stuff - might not be everyone's cup of tea but some of the sounds he plays at the end of the night, when the band's finished, are solid club material - far from cheesy.

I'd also disagree that the quality of the girls in the place is generally poor and that just the unwanted scrags end up there at the end of the night. The quality will obviously vary from night to night but I'd generally say there's always a reasonable selection of lookers and good, if expensive, fun to be had.

I wouldn't want to end up there more than once a week but for the uninitiated I think it's worth a look.

Solid club material, that's exactly what I'm looking for when in a discotheque ! I hope I'll find in he Hilton the same I did when I ended up at the Bubble in Chian Mai : endless nights of pure madness and fun :-)

Just tell me when the cheesy bands finishes and I won't care too much if the girls are good or not ... Cheers

Jimi....I stayed at the Porn Ping Towers for a couple of nights in Chiang Mai. Had a ball in Bubbles.

The Hilton is a whole different ball game but can have it's moments. Have a butchers....but late on.
