Bikes and motorbikes are available, but never get one without a helmet and I personal would not do it (at least not until I had a lot of experience). There are tuk tuks, taxis, and cars for hire.
I am sure others can give better information (in regards to phone numbers and the like) than I can.
You can also check out the Hua Hin Business Directory listing here:

You will almost have to beat taxi drivers offering their services off with stick !!
You will have no problems getting around Hua Hin

It's a conspiracy!! You need the taxi to get away from the tailors!! _________________ "The question is not, can they reason? Nor, can they talk? But, can they suffer?" - Jeremy Bentham, philosopher, 1748-1832

The Taxi's in Hua Hin do not have meter's,so don't get in one without settling the price first, they are usually about 3 times the price of a Bangkok taxi.
Make sure you walk far enough away from the taxi if he quotes you a crazy price before approaching another taxi, because they just shout and tell each other what price they just quoted, and then they all stick to same price.
You wont find any shortage of taxi's in Hua Hin,trouble is nearly all of them are charging crazy prices, same as the tuk-tuk drivers.
It would be a great asset to Hua Hin if metered taxi's moved in. |

If you don’t have your own transport, and you like adventure, the motorbike taxis are the most efficient way of getting about.
You can get anywhere in the city for between 20 and 50 baht depending on the distance and your bargaining skills. If you pick them up from there main spots, such as opposite the top of Bintabaht, they will even provide you with a helmet.
Choose the oldest guy you can find, he must be good to have lasted that long! |

Sometimes; it’s OK if you can ignore the gaggle of motorbike taxis and tuk-tuks following you everywhere, waiting for you to crack. |

Number 1 ---- Make sure they are sober. The police nabbed several the other day
Number 2 ---- Ideally find a regular. Take his number and use him whenever you need.
I have 3 motorcycle taxis on tap. One for the day. One for evening and a reserve
I have 2 Tuk Tuk drivers . Both slow and careful, can speak a little English and know the terrain well
I also have a friendly and cheap driver who is contactable by my frequently visited local bar. Of course a relation of the boss but all in all you know you are not going to be ripped off otherwise you are not going back to the bar again
Most of them understand the meaning of the phrase 'repeat business
Also beware late at night or early morning of the lady drivers. SOME are accurately described as 'meals on wheels' Something not heard of in the western world!!!!! _________________ Why does my head feel so bad why does my soul feel so bad - Moby (Dick)

I know that I'm young and innocent, but I've never heard of that expression - could you explain please? PM me if the explanation is not fit for public viewing.

Young and innocent, wish I was now.
Meals on wheels means that sometimes you get a better tip at the end of the ride than the one you give. Not only do you get a door to door service but with meals on wheels you get an indoor service as well _________________ Why does my head feel so bad why does my soul feel so bad - Moby (Dick)
