Posted something earlier before but find or remember it
I have a Fujitsu laptop which I bought for a good price
Just found out that some of the software is unlicensed from the supplier (guess who Buksi)
I run on XP and cannot up date microsoft office. Does this mean all my Microsoft software is unlicensed?
Told by supplier (so called), that to upgrade office I can buy a cd for 100 Baht. True? If so from where in HH?
I'd prefer to renew my Microsoft stuff completely. Simple or not? Cost?
All input appreciated.
Would also like to know if anyone who knows what they are doing and could do it for me? and cost?.
My IT is rusty and I'm a lazy bugger

Its likely your MS Office is not licensed as the license costs about 16k. Why do you need to upgrade it if it works ok? What version are you on? (2007 is not backwards compatible by the way).

Only really need to update outlook so I can post holiday dates. Also cannot upgrade media player
Everything is working ok
Just feel uneasy running unlicensed software
Suppose I should follow the phrase 'if it works why change it?'

If you want a licensed copy of Office 2007 (which will have Outlook 2007 and your calendar) get your wallet out:

You maybe able to get Outlook on its own but I've never seen it outside the Office suite. Why not look for third party calendar software, I'm sure there are hundreds out there.
