seeking thai workers for building a wall

will be building a wall around my house in Hua Hin beginning of October and need about 4 workers. any recommendations ? how much should i pay the workers per day or month ? any info appreciated

The general rate is between 200 and 300 Baht per day. In the past I have always paid the boss man a little more (350). You need to be on site all the time though.

I have a couple of Thai mates who might be able to help you. If I get any joy I will get back to you with numbers.

Make sure you allow at least half a year for the completion of this job and be prepared for a lot of noise. Even jobs that dont generate noise Thais seem to find a way of getting a lot of sound out of.
