Im coming out to HH in March is there anywhere not to far that does decent scuba diving or snorkeling?

Hi,
There is nowhere in Hua Hin that you can dive as the water isnt that clear and theres nothing to see. The nearest place is Bang Saphan which is around 3 hours south by road. Havent actually dived there personally, I always go to Koh Tao for diving. There are some decent places around Chumpon also but again have yet to try them.
