Picked up the local paper Hua Hin Hotline at the tourist advise bureau by the clock tower some very interesting articles. I have reproduced one part of an article. Comments!

Hua Hin Foreigner service link centre will act as a consultant while you are living in Hua Hin Thailand. Mr Prasong Pitulkitja, the governor and staff working at the Hua Hin Foreigner service link centre will assist all law=abiding foreigners with their problems.
