this wont fix it but will let you type:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Accessibility - in there is an on-screen keyboard that works with your mouse

thats the path on mine, you can just go to 'search' for 'files and folders' in 'my computer' and type in 'on-screen keyboard' or just 'keyboard'
if you cant 'type' it cos yours is broke, copy paste it from here
