I have been to HH and Cha-Am 6 times now in the last 3 years, I love it, and now plan to buy a house with a pool as an investment, anyone know how to create a Ltd company in Thailand? or does anyone have a House for sale where I can just purchse the Shareholding, i don't want to pay much more than £100,000 (around 6,500,000TB). _________________ Carpe Diem |

Not another thread starting about buying property in Hua Hin
Can't you please delete this thread and search for the 1,000s of other postings on the same subject.............please, please, please?
.............not satisfied with asking once - I see you've duplicated the posting elsewhere _________________ Green Army position 10 2007/08

Big Boy: I'm with you 100%.
Is it me? I find it amazing that someone is willing to invest 100,000 pounds buying a place that they've been to six times. No disrepect to you Gaybob, but I think with that amount of capital they'll be queueing up at the door of your hotel, or your PM box will be bulging. Good luck to you, I just hope that you don't get your fingers burnt...

I hate to say it, but i really dont consider 100,000 pound a lot of money, It's a quater of what my english house cost. I should have looked further on the website to the property section first, However it still does not answer my questions about how to create a ltd company _________________ Carpe Diem |

If you have been here 6 times....and you haven't figured out how to buy a house...or you haven't been to see an estate agent here..or you haven't had a look around and done your homework......I'm your man...I have some land in front of the Hilton, right on the beach....a snip at 100,000 pounds....I'll throw in some deck chairs for free..ohh....and some horses as well .... you'll need the manure for the grass... |

...and sargeant, valid as i'm sure your opinion is, it is neither big nor clever to insult people you have never met, just to satisfy your own ends. does it make you feel good to insult people? _________________ Carpe Diem |

Gaybob: Believe you me 100,000 pounds is a lot of money here, as far as property in the UK is concerned, it wouldn't buy you a bedsit - but here you can buy a palacial property.
I think that most of the websites offering property would also (I hope) give you information about forming a company.
I'm sure that they would be only too happy to point you in the right direction, but there are lots of threads on this site (if you have the time or inclination) discussing property purchase and ownership.
Good luck.

Nice to see that you have passed your spelling tests....but an attempt at foul language is not good form.....doesn't go down well with the natives here on this forum...good hearted sparring is more the norm...but your Hua Hin lawyer can spell that one out for you... |

big jimmy, not that i particularly care about the 'natives' on the website (no offence to the rest of you) but i just have better things to do with my time then 'spar' with people on the internet, i personally would much rather go out and meet people face to face. when i'm there next why don't we have a drink, get to know each other, then i can teach you what else you can do with your arsehole, other than blow smoke out of it... _________________ Carpe Diem |

100K. Go to Bangkok and give the solicitors 51K which they will use to set-up the thai shareholders. put the other 49K into your bank account transfering it in UK sterling. Then set-up the company. Go buy land/house with your new company. Get this checked out with 3 other solicitors before you do it and as money is no object spend loads on verifing that it is ok. if you can afford to lose this small amount, don't worry if laws change and it goes west as you can always start again with more money. It's great here in Thailand! |

I have plenty of mates, and i am proud to say that all of them are genuine kind hearted people, with cracking personalities, fantastic senses of humour and are always fun to be around. I dont imagine any one of them picking on a 22 year old naive, rich kid from england who wants nothing more than to buy a home abroad and better himself, and that is why I would like nothing to do with you. _________________ Carpe Diem |
