Well, just go an e-mail fomr the Thai Laywer in BKK indication that the word about BKK is that in addition to removeing the 30% hold on funds they are looking at increasing the lease from 30 to 60 years! I was informed that those who have leasees that include a clause that allow for better climes to prevail will merely have to notify the land office and the owner of the change. The land owners signatory on the original lease SHOULD be all that is required, if done properly.

Form a Thai company... sure and I'll give the selling agents lates bar fine the lease for "nit noi joop joop"
