Yes I am new member, found site by searching the web. I had some trouble registering i must say.
My wife and I spent 10 days here over the new year, loved the place, or perhaps loved thailand.
We are considering moving here . I play Golf ( badly ) and love tennis.
My wife is an Artist and is going to try golf. We love the massages, food and happy people.
I am currently researching where to buy in Hua Hin , although I shall look at chang Mai, and Vietnam.
can anybody recommend reliable and safe estate agents, that have been in Business over 10 years.
I already have started to look for a qualified Lawyer, and am hoping to open a account with bank of Siam or Kasikorn Bank. does anybody have any thoughts ?
I hope to be a regular and in our next visit in june or july would happily meet up with a few.
I am sure my wife would also be glad of some female company in due course.
People are suggesting Cham and its north as good places as well as Kotaib to live.
I have read the forum on buying houses as opposed to condo`s and think for us a condo is the way forward.. but each to there own.. we have to find the best built ones now!
So to cap , overweight and sporting, and just 50 not much else to report.
except our love affair with Thailand and Hua Hin as the lead place so far
I look forward to hearing from some of you

I was around when Buksi was planning the site - but only got a round tuit after getting online at home - and was reminded about it. Now hooked - its a great way to keep up to speed with goings on pending my long overdue return. Keep up the good work all _________________ 'If'n ya cain't say nuth'n nice, don't say nuth'n at all' Thumper. |

|
|
Hi everyone,
my name is Peter and I am MD of EV in Hua Hin, and I was introduced to this forum by a friend.
With interest I was following the waterproblem saga and now the
Business ethics thread.
As these are essential things concerning the reputation of Hua Hin, our home, and we already spearheading some movement in the direction of Business ethics in regard to realestate I joined this forum to give our views and updates as to how things are progressing.
I do hope that we will get some very positive results from as many opinions as possible.
Thank you, Peter |

Found while wandering the web. Great site, very helpful hints and tips.
My next problem is trying to find someone to look after 3 Bernese Mountain Dogs, 2 cats while we are in Hua Hin. Yes, there are kennels but it doesn't half make the holiday expensive....
Is there a branch of the British Legion in Hua Hin or any interest in starting one? |

Hi there i found you on simple google search.
We visited Thailand last year and visited Hua Hin for a few days, but we then found Koh Pangan where we spent most of our 4 months holiday. But we are thinking of coming back for six months to Hua Hin next Year.
So we have lots of questions, especially as we have got a new baby!
One aside question about your log in system. I run a website of the same design as yours and get lots of spammers. Where did you find the add-on to make your login so difficult? And does it work?
Cheers |
