English Speaking lawyers are available at Siam Legal, at Market Village, Petchkasem Road :office is on the RH side of the car park exit roadway

There is a law office "Siam Firm", located at the old observer building. Somsak Chopaka is the Thai qualified lawyer available in Hua Hin on Tuesdays and Fridays. Address is 13/59 Hua Hin Soi 47/1, Petchkasem Rd - Tel: 032-531508.

Warning - he still thinks its no problem for a foreigner to set up a shell company to buy land. I'm not sure if this is a good sign or a bad one. I'll leave that up to you. He speaks perfect English.
