PKK Airport

My little map here shows that Prachuap Khiri Khan has an airport symbol a bit south of town. Are there any commercial flights in/out of there? Pete Cheers

If it's at Ao Manao beach, then it's a military airport, I think.

The map doesn't have that much detail Lomu. The symbol is just a shade south of town and on the ocean side of highway #4. Pete

I think that is the military base. You actually drive over the runway before reaching the beach. However I'm not sure if there are any commercial flights. I would suspect not.

It is actually a military training base. It can be used by private aircraft and is used by minor royals who are closer to home there than HH.

Well, unless Chumphon has commercial flights, that means there is no commercial airport at all between SBumi and Surat Thani, unless you count those prop flights into HH. A very big swath of country to have nothing or very little. Pete Cheers
