Don't mean to be 'picky' onlyme - but I think it is a Re-Entry visa you need to acquire before you leave (not an exit-visa). |
The form is a TM.8."Application for re-enty permit into the Kingdom"
Basic questions such as: name, address, where when and how you are going, when are you returning, which class of visa do you hold, etc.
Application must be made in person.
Application fee is Baht 1000 per single and Baht 3,800 per multiple.
Application fee is not refundable.
