Generaly OK
But cowboys about, at the back end
300 Bhat for a small can of Guinness!!!!!!!
British boss and an obvious rip off merchant
Check before you buy
Lost my custom. Guess he won't last the season
Got ripped even after 5 years in Thailand

I always give people the benefit of the doubt as it is possible that the boss did not set the price and the cashier was pulling a fast on on such a debonair well dressed wealthy looking gentlemen as yourself.
The back end could describe three or four bars and at least one of those is just in temporary custody.
The only one I really know of is definitely not British and their prices are lower than average.
It does make sense thought to check prices first in a new establishment especially if you are ordering something that is imported. Some of these products are expensive to buy in but 300 Baht cannot be justified.
