Noticed the Hua Hin/Singkhon Immigration Office New Hours as of 30 June:

Thu-Fri: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Sat: 8:30 am - Noon

Posted services seemed the same.

the place is usauly deserted after midday but they wont admit it !
