You were so close! It is actually a little known cooking technique from Papua New Guinea and is a combination of poaching and roasting. It is most commonly used to cook gibbon toes and to soften the heads of one's enemies after decapitation so that the skin slips off in way that allows it to be conveniently fashioned into a purse for cowrie shells. The local delicacy is poasted heads on toes. _________________ "The man who never made a mistake never did bugger all" - Old Welsh proverb

I think there are probably some - you can spot them by their spelling and grammar! _________________ "The man who never made a mistake never did bugger all" - Old Welsh proverb

Hallo HHAD fellas
After 10 months of being abroad on Assignment and one month longer stay in the US as I expected. I'm finally back in Thailand and gonna be in Hua Hin shortly but first things first. I took another fast Job of covering the Royal Rachapruek Garden in Chiang Mai for a German language Southeast Asian Mag.
Expect me to be there in Hua Hin by next Sunday!
I wish to meet as many poeple of the HHAD Community as possible. Where's the best place to meet y'all?
Ahhh It feels good to be back again, or "Finally to rest and unwind @ my Chill Out place!!! (Hua Hin in the LoS that is!!!" _________________ "You don't know The Millenium Falcon? It's the fastest Ship around! It makes the turnaround in less than 12 Parsecs"
