We are visiting HH in 4 weeks to buy a property. We only have a small budget of around 3 million baht. Does anyone know any new developments not too far from town. Advice on which are good/bad developments. Or would it be better to buy a resale in town, don´t suppose you get much for your money there. Any advice would be great. Thanks
