A bit off thread - I apologise. But

Steve / Pete

Reminds when I lived and worked in Moscow for a while - they had 57 varieties (NOT Heinz) of flavoured vodka (Moskovskya brand)

The favourite was CHILLI VODKA

Great on a cold night - warmed the throat just a bit

Do you think it would sell here?

LOVE mushy peas - will get some in and put in the restaurant

Terry, I saw a bottle of chilli Vodka in a Russian bar in Luxembourg, along with a few other flavours, but a friend of mine in England makes it by putting a couple of chilli peppers in a bottle of vodka and leaving it on a shelf for a year!

'Tis exactly how it was done - I was reliably informed.

So - to get back on topic - anyone tried Mushy Pea Vodka? Mr. Green

Thinly slice cucumber and onion. Soak overnight in vinagar. Serve with the mushy peas the following day.
