Mr. Comfortable,

Thank you for the kind invitation to a picnic in Epping, hugely looking forward to it. I can't find 12 boring people to bring, so I'll just come along in my summer frock.

Cucumber sandwiches please (with the crusts cut off), and a bottle or two of bolly.

I'd like to point out that DM's tiredness has nothing to do with me, as I arrived rather late and saw him slinking (stumbling) off with a rather tight-skirted, young lady (I use the term loosely). He appeared to be supporting her quite admirably as he escorted her off the platform fireman-style. What a gentleman he is...

We can all have an absolutely fabulous time, and it'll give me a moment to ponder my next move.

VS

P.S. Yes BaaBaa, I think we'll have to do a bit of councilling with DM. I'll bring a few chillies and carrots along and we'll blindfold him. If he can tell the difference we'll let him continue with the game. If he cant, well...

1. You know as well as I do that your summer frock is being exhibited in the Clinton Executive Exploits museum.

2. How can you use the term "tight-skirted" loosely? It was either one or t'other, surely?

As it happens the lady in question was a very nice boy, who had been sadly mistreated by his so-called friends on his stag night. I was simply trying to help. I was staggering because he was rather heavy. I put him in a taxi and took him home. (Sorry, I meant "sent".)

3. It all rather depends where you're going to put said chillies and carrots.

Which brings me most painfully (as a Spurs supporter and nothing more) to...

Sorry TR.
Did you mean Gants hill?
Still playing eastern rules. That would be a good move to refill the portable fridge. Who drank all the Bolly?

Need you ask? You obviously knew nothing of VS's "problem" (of which we never speak), or you'd only have brought mango juice.

Fancy a trip to the theatre. Is Les Mis still running?

Good thinking DM.
I think the picnic was quite succesful.
However too much Bolly the warm sun and i guess the natural exubarance of all MC players. There are things we should never talk about again.
Up west is good. I will have to take a detour through CANNING TOWN.
My canned peaches seem to be out of date.
Les Mis?
Hmm. Let's keep it British.
How about the mouse trap.
Been on for a couple of weeks now.
I am not sure Tottenham court road is a good idea though.
Can you imagine all the MC players clanking down the road.
Zimmer frames glinting in the midday rain.
May i suggest Leicester square.
A little more central.
LEICESTER SQUARE.

I would have said Embankment, but not a place to go when you are tired, lots of people get lost there and can't find their way out.

I'm calling in the Olde Single Malt clause from Glen Morangie and invoking the 30 year vintage rule of sip see sip sa and heading of to Waterloo to watch the steamers fill the gallery.

wow JD.
I havent seen the single malt rules used for 30 years.
Sorry to disapoint you though.
Waterloo is no longer steam.
They have gone all modern.
Some new fangled invention called gas now lights there audotoriums.
As we were going up the west end i feel it would be unfair for the old codgers to have to row across that stream called the thames.
There are rumours that a bridge will be built soon.
Of course that is only a rumour.
Like the one that our horse and carriages will be charged a congestion charge for entering our fair city.
I think we need to take this to the top. YES.
Questions must be asked in the house.
So we must move to Westminster.
For an 11th opinion.

Prof Numb: The Mousetrap? Oh, come on! Everybody knows the butler did it. How many people know who was miserable? No contest. But Leicester Square was cunning, I'll give you that.

JD: Welcome to the game, but, damnit, you're obviously an old hand. You're right, though, the carpets in the Waterloo gallery have needed a good steam cleaning for many a year. I'm a bit worried about Parahandy's reaction to the whisky clause, but it might be interesting. You lost me with "sip see sip sa" (because obviously you weren't referring to sipping whisky) - is there any connection to the French "comme ci, comme ca?" Or maybe it's Thai? That has a bit of a ring to it - I confess I'm intrigued...(BTW don't even think of taking us to Bangkok!)

Okay, from Waterloo, I'm going to take us south to...

TOOTING BEC

I don't know, this game's like a London bus. You wait for a reply, then half a dozen come at once.

Okay, Prof, you beat me to it, but I'm sticking with Tooting Bec.

whilst tooting beck is a cunning move.
Considering we are all hungover from the picnic.
Is that too far south?
I must counter. (Excuse me)
With the true gateway to the south.
In the original MC rules. Southern edition, edited by mark twain.

Hey K...numb,

you've taken a few liberties in navigating us around the great |Capital, leaving us in the heart of democracy, that great icon called Westminster, formally "TB.inc" but now "GB.co.uk".

Respecting a man of sophistication I will take you onwards in your venture to pay homage at the museum dedicated to one of the greatest composers. A man born in Germany, but who mainly lived in England (note not Scotland, Liverpool or Manchester) he brought the Messiah to us mere mortals, the ONE the ONLY Herr George Fredric Handel. If this is too much you can get your rocks off at Nike Town or Miss Selfidge, and take in a Baskin Robins or Mac'lestrol, whichever takes your fancy.

I direct you onwards, not to the lighter of the blues but to the darker side, which I sense suits you better, where you are guaranteed to get your big top off, the ONE the ONLY Oxford Circus.

p.s. the merlot slides well tonight

A stunning move.

I can only go to London Bridge.

Bloody hell, the game's suddenly gone mad.

I'm a bit flustered, so forgive me if I go and calm down at
