Plus I just love the fact that they have little customer cards - 10 massages and you get 1 free. It's an extra motivation to go back there |
As I know, you can order service for massage (at Day & Night Massage) in your hotel room, too ! _________________ take it easy |

had numerous massages whilst staying at jings , always first class, the massage room is large and airy and the facilities excellent.
1 hour oil massage is 350 baht, foot , head massage also available for 200/150 baht.
I tried all three massage girls and found that the lady called pui was the best in my opinion .
The massage is straight was never offered or asked for any extras. |

Tried the new one in Khao Takiab the other day, Jasmine Massage just along from the car wash before the Hyatt turning. Great positioning to fill the time whilst the car gets mucked out.
Very clean, professional and one of the best massages I've had. Oily was 500 for 2 hours and got a free cocktail after, some green Vodka drink very tasty. _________________ "Sometimes I sits and thinks, and then again I just sits" Punch 24th Oct 1906 |

Some years ago, about 15 I think, I had a shoulder injury which was sorted out by a massage place in town which closed years ago, locals went there for treatment of injuries and illnesses.
There were very few places then other than on the Beach (three ladies with semi permanent pitches by what was then Royal Garden hotel and the itinerant old ladies infront of Sofitel) but when ever you asked someone where to go for remedial massage they always said "Oh yes the blind peoples place is best" but I never found it although I looked a few times.
Apparently there was some sort of scheme, whether Government or charity sponsored i'm not sure but it was to teach life skill's to blind people.
I have since been to such a place in Thailand and it was very good.
Does anyone know if of anywhere like this in Hua Hin area?

Been twice:
The first time I had a good massage, my other half had a dreadful one.
The second time I again had a half decent massage, my two mates had atrocious ones, one of the guys doing it couldn't make a dint in butter!
Think that they must have alot of trainees being used. |

Bit of a long thread this one but contains useful info.
I would never have tried 'Day & Night' before reading the reviews here, not sure why just something about the appearance and location. I am now pleased to add my approval to those before me, very proffesional no nonsense massage.
One thing I have noticed this year is in a couple of locations, without mentioning any names; one night life area and one outskirts, that 'special' massage is on the increase.
No moral judgment of this but I just hope it doesn't adversly affect the traditional and skilful services being offered by genuine establisments.
Sex has always been available, but as these places find out they can make x Baht in 10 mins rather than having to work for it....
Anyway you should be able to spot them. The way the girls dress may (or may not) be a guide line as to services offered.

Does anyone have any positive or negative comments about Dhalia Spa.
I used that place really clean, I think my wife and I paid 450 BHT for two hours of full body oil massage.
Really nice, had them in other spots of Thailand, but nothing matched some of the girls in this place.
I also tried my first Thai traditional massage, that hurt like hell, but felt brilliant afterwards.
Ah Young lass who we called Taya, carried out the torture and pleasure( as in soothing )
It was never that busy, which was strange.
Next visit we will try Day and Night. Suggestions for a nice large room , and a GH or Hotel with swimming pool to stay for a 10 day period in July.
We used Sofitel last visit, but although brilliant, expensive, and I am sure we could blag into to use pools by the beach anyway ! |

Hi All
I am coming to Hua Hin for a couple of weeks in July and one of the things on my 'to do list' is a massage.
Only problem is I have the pain threshold of a five year old girl !!
Have only had one massage in my life and that was in a Turkish Bath in Marmaris by a 30 Stone Sumo Wrestler, could hardly walk for the rest of my holiday.
My question is, are there soothing (enjoyable !!) massages or are all Thai massages vigorous, i.e PAINFULL
Cheers
