If we're doing a massaman thread, I lurve the one they serve in Monsoon. I know it can be a bit expensive at times in there, but I love the wooden Vietnamese atmosphere, being on the balcony watching the road go by and the massaman is just fantastic.
cant speak for JW's. but I'm looking forward to trying it... _________________ ดวงขึ้น

JW is a forum member. The place to enjoy this curry is Johnny Walkers bar. _________________ "The question is not, can they reason? Nor, can they talk? But, can they suffer?" - Jeremy Bentham, philosopher, 1748-1832

| On the way back out a couple of weeks ago, I had a surprisingly good Massaman at Suvarnabhumi. It was a small place on that mezzanine level between departures and arrivals, I don't know the name but it was about the last Asian restaurant to the right. |

I've never had a yellow curry in Hua Hin, anyone know where does a good one.
I had one in the Riverside Restaurant in Chiang Mai, possibly the best place i've eaten in Thailand. |
