What is the procedure for reserving accomodatons through HHAD? We want to come into town and have accomodations for a couple of nights and look around and get a feel of the town and then find a place for a 5 week stay. _________________ DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF, and it's all small stuff...

Use the online booking system with any of the hotels on that page.
Or fill in the reservations form on any of the sponsors pages and we'll forward them to your choice of guest house who will respond with availability of rooms and prices.

A friend of mine tried the reservations form on one of the sponsors pages a few days ago and got no response. I enquired on this site on his behalf, asking if anybody could help.
Lev advised that my friend should e-mail direct, or phone them. My friend e-mailed and received an almost instant response. _________________ Green Army position 21

Following on from what BB says, here is the notice we have put on our contact page:
Notice
We have had several reports of our email being blocked by Hotmail, Yahoo & AOL spam filters so please double check your junk mail if you are using these email providers or contact us with an alternative email account to ensure you get our reply.
Also feel free to call our office on (+66)032-515228 or post on our forum if you have contacted us and had no reply.
We know for sure Aol blocks us and its about 50:50 with the other two, this also creates problems for guesthouses that decide to use Hotmail as their business account. _________________ I've got a bad feeling about this |

We have also discovered that TOT have a number of their IP addresses Blocked By Spam Cop, the main one seems to be a line leased to KSC internet, But we have many emails returned Via both TOT and KSC from all types of email servers. The fact is even if a E mail does not get returned we still are unsure if the mail has actually gone through the system all the guest houses / hotels who have coverage on afterdark have a email address on the page, these are images to try and prevent E mail spamming to them _________________ "I don't often agree with the RSPCA as i believe it is an animals duty to be on my plate at supper time" |
