We moved into our new house in September and arranged for the Pool and the garden to be maintained. We tried several company etc and took advice from other on our development , but wherever we went we came across the same cost garden 2,000B pool 2,000B a month is this standard.

How big is your pool, how big is your garden ?

Pool 2k, garden 1.5k is standard to me.

Sounds about right, Burger is right if maintenance being covered by developer, they are just covering their cost, however some developers are starting to get greedy and charging over the odds.
