First time I see this place. It is very well organized and work well.

Maybe I can ask for some information. I am planning to set-up a retirement village in hua Hin. I was wondering if any of you would know the best area where the land in not too expensive and the location is close enough for elderly to "walk" or travel easily to the town center so that they can enjoy the real Hua Hin?

Land gets cheaper the further away from town and the beach you get. It is at a premium price at these locations. I would suggest somewhere near the main road where transport is easily accessible.
