I thought this was a fitting question, considering tomorrow is Labour Day. Does anyone know thai labour laws in terms of laying off staff? I am in the process of downsizing and changing my business and i will need to reduce my staff level. Legally, am I obligated to pay my staff severance, and if so how much. And legally, am I obligated to give them notice. I am only trying to understand the law, and my moral decisions will be applied later.
