Imperial Lake View Golf Course Information

Lake View is not in such great shape at the moment, it is struggling with the rain quite badly. Several fairways are showing damage as are most of the bunkers - i think they have lost a number of staff to black Mountain (certainly lost some customer facing people). They are closing 9 holes at a time to carry out hollow coring - which always happens this time of the year. Good thing is that its pretty quiet and its always enjoyable to play. If its early morning you may want to play "pick and place".
I have heard quite a few negative comments about the newest 9 - The links - it is a tough nine holes (unless you are on the white tees!!) - there are some very challenging holes which will prove very tough if you miss in the wrong place, some of the greens are very slopey which again can make life really tough.
Its definitley worth a try, and if its too hard stick to A and B.

Lake View's a well-designed course, just lacks a little Tender Loving Care.
