lev: accommodations,property and houses. first time i've seen less expensive rooms on site in hh. try to stick it somewhere folks can access it easily.

short term rental condos would be great

There are 2 or 3 going in my soi but they are often taken very quickly or lie stagnant due to high rental prices

The only solution seems to be to cruise and then make a snap decision with the reasonable ones. With the stagnant ones, people are often reluctant to advertise and prefer to sit and wait until a punter turns up with his loaded atm card
