Just a note of hello from San Francisco. I visited Hua Hin last year with my wife, who is Thai-Chinese and I am African-American. We had a wonderful time in Hua Hin. The people there are very cordial and pleasant.
The Night Market is nice and the weather is perfect. Not unlike Bangkok, were you have heavy pollutants clogging the air. Please keep Hua Hin the way it is. Not too many Farangs. more locals, which I like.
The night my wife and I visited the Night Market, there was a very nice young lady selling fruit with her mother. Both were nice and polite to me as I tried to spealk my broken Thai.
I will visit again, probably next year. Oh and we stayed at Chom View, which is a very nice place to lay your head. _________________ Life is like a bowl of cherries, it is full of pits.. |

Hi smitty,
Hua Hin is a great place to both holiday and stay , pleased you enjoyed it. Thai people if treated with respect and a smile will certainley give it back, seems like you got the idea right. See you next time. |

JW,
Thank you for the sound advice of confidence. I try to treat individuals as I would like them to treat me.
I have much respect for individuals trying to make it in this cruel world legally.

My ex and two of my kids are now living in Santa Clara so I have still a little contact with the area. _________________

Almost correct Guess.
THE Greatest City!!!
How would the world look like without Carol Doda, Monterey and the Golden gate?
Exciting city and very nice people!! _________________ I intend to live forever -- so far, so good. |

Sawaddee,
Guess and Nordesman. You are both corrrect in assuming that San Francisco is the greatest city. But it does has its down side as well.
Yes Nordesman, Carol Doda was an insatitution here in our version of Patpong.
There wrere others as well, but not as popular as Ms. Doda.
Hua Hin is a pleasant city in itself, my wife and I really enjoy it there.
Too be honest nothing can compare to San Francisco, when it comes to diversity, yes you have your bigots, racist, prudes and just plain old stupid people, who think that the world is their oyster and theirs alone.
Looking forward to visiting Hua Hin when we return to Thailand necxt year
Please keep Hua Hin pleasant _________________ Life is like a bowl of cherries, it is full of pits.. |

Ouch!
I'd prefer not to see what Carol Doda looks like now!
Welcome Smitty.

Guess, when you asked if they have finished SFA, were you referring to SFO. If you were referring to SFO, the answer is yes, they have completed the whole project and it isvery nice. The International terminal is the best and our Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) goes directly into the International terminal. _________________ Life is like a bowl of cherries, it is full of pits.. |

Yes I did mean SFO and I can not blame it on the keyboard. The O and the A are at different ends even in Thailand. _________________
