Any genuine scary stories since you've been in Thailand, had a few myself, the first after only two months in Thailand.

I was sat at the traffic lights on Petchkasem Road waiting to turn onto Chomsin Road, looking up at the old shops I noticed an old yellow ghost house. The car windows were open and I was startled by an old monk shouting through the passenger window, he said about five words and walked away.

I wrote down 'fernetikly' the Thai words he said and upon my return to work I asked my Thai staff what the words meant.

They all turned pale and asked who said this to me, when I told them what happened I was informed that the monk wasn't talking to me at all, he was telling the ghost beside me to leave me alone. Rolling Eyes

Not really a ghost story as such but I was getting a haircut in Hua Hin about five years ago when one of the girls who worked in the shop started screaming the place down and sobbing uncontrollably for a good five minutes. She seemed in a real bad way and there was no obvious reason for her condition....it was kinda freaky. The other girls in the shop were all hugging her and trying to calm her down and she eventually went quiet and seemed to come too.

My brother's girlfriend told me afterwards that the girl had a ghost inside her and that she'd seen this kind of thing happen before. I didn't know what to think but she certainly seemed to believe it and I wasn't arguing. Felt really sorry for the girl though.

Anyone else heard of this kind of thing happening? Rolling Eyes

I don't suppose that you had eaten a meat pie just before this encounter.

I stayed in Supatra once, one night when I was laying on my bed watching TV with all doors and windowns closed.

Suddenly the bathroom door keep claping, I got scared and I thought oh there is no ghost for sure, but it kept making gently noise

I said: if there is ghost, open the door

Hollyy... the door open wide then.

I got up turn on the light, just to check I speak out loud

Ok there you are, so close the door

no movement, but after few secs the door slam hard and closed. I didn't dare to sleep that night so I decided to call one of my colleage and asked if I can join her for the night.

Never back to that place anymore. Squicy beach and ghost in the bathroom!!!
