Etsitään kahta tonttia,(saa olla eri paikkakunnilla), Thaimaasta.

Jos siis olet nähnyt,kuullut tai vaikka anoppisi myy jossain allaoleviin kriteereihin
mahtuvaa tai edes lähellä olevaa tonttia niin pistä YV tai S-postilla r-sa@elisanet.fi ja otsikoksi "Case Thaimaa".
Tonteille rakennetaan perheille sopivat OKT:t joten sijainnin rauhallisuudella on painoarvoa.

Mukan saa laittaa mahd. paljon kuvia ja yleistätietoa,yhteystiedot myyjään ja tietysti koko ja hinta.

Emme suoranaisesti etsi linkkejä kiinteistönvälittäjien sivuille
mutta jos niissä on jotakin juuri tähän sopivaa voi niitäkin laittaa
vaikka tämän viestin jatkeeksi tai suoraan minulle.

Syksyllä 2008 kiertelemme läpi kiinnostavat kohteet.

TARKEMMAT TIEDOT ETSITYISTÄ TONTEISTA

- Tontin kustannushaarukka 4000-20000 € (Saa toki olla halvempikin!)
- Tontin sijainti mieluiten lähellä Phuketia tai Hua Hin tai vastaavaa isompaa turistirysää +/- 100 km
- Tontin sijainti yleisestä mereen rajoittuvasta uimarannasta 0...10km
- Tontilta on suotavaa olla näköalaa, eli rinnetyyppinen tontti, varsinkin jos tontti on kauempana rannasta ja yleisestä hälinästä
- Kaikki vaihtoehdot kiinnostaa
- Tontin hankinta-ajankohta 2008-2009
- Rakentamisajankohta 2009
