Baan Thai Property

We recommend this company, they helped us in Dec 07 to find and buy a condo in Hua Hin.

Both John, Nid and his son Don helped us tremendously in finding suitable properties within our price range and helped answer our many questions.

They gave us free legal advice where some companies wanted to charge us.

We would definitely recommend you get in touch with them if you are looking for a property.

Just one thing keep them away from karaoke machines Very Happy

Maybe others wanted to charge you for legal advice as that would ordinarily require the services of a lawyer rather than an estate agent?

Anyway, this won't survive long............
