Jimmy, if I understand the VAT rules on imports correctly, you don't have to charge it as a Thai company, but the purchaser might be liable to pay it as an import tax. They would have to look at the rules covering the import of services.
In the case of goods this is normally handled by shipping agents, but in the case of a service they may have to declare it. |

Thanks, I think I will also send an email to the government at the same time asking them if Taksin is to be let back into the country and if foreigners land is to be confiscated in the foreseeable future. |
