By all accounts the decision recently to NOT allow dependants on the main applicant's retirement visa has now been over-turned.

Therefore it is back to as it was and you can put under-50 wife and kids on your own retirement visa, if your over 50 like.

They used to be indecisive, but now they're not so sure.
Think they're just teasing us for a laff.
