Not sure of the soi name but here goes. It's the same one the railway station is in. Its at the south end of that soi and it's about the third last shop on the left before you either go left down (soi 80 something?) to Petchkaseem Road or go right over the railway again.

Yeah
Top of Soi 88 (the Railway Road) turn right about 3 - 4 shops on right hand side, douible fronted shop.
Take the chair along and they will measure and make
