On a serious note Terry how do you cook it and serve it with what?

Used to have an ostrich farm in Zimbabwe and the meat is wonderful if cooked right

Richard et al

I leave the cooking to Mrs.T and the crew - but we serve ostrich either as a pan fried steak with veggies / salad or alternateivly diced with black pepper and stir fried with veggies.

We can add some crinklecut (but we prefer plain) chips.

Seriously we used to cook it life a roast beef dinner and served it with a good red wine gravy
