If you have been unlucky enough to be a victim of crime in Hua Hin, have the police here actually done anything that helped....like collecting evidence, investigating the crime, arresting someone, etc.

The question applies to all members equally, Thai or farang.

Simply filling in a report counts as a NO.

They get a big NO from me and Mrs S for doing sod all about bike thefts, and for wanting "tea money" for a incident report for the insurance people as soon as they saw she had a farang man with her.
