The designer of this site obviously is in the 'Janet & John' league !
He has a link on the front page to download firefox...
The pr!ck obviously has not tested his software. not a single link renders or is clickable. It is down to my set up of Norton Firewall and Explorer (which 90% of the world uses !) as Norton Firewall with Firefox works ... not gonna change my browser just for one site ... 
Shame really cos the bar is good ... not that anybody will find out either as the forum is 'members only' ... hardly the best way to attract new custom ... 'cliquey' or what

but your coment I should imagine will be noted !! it is german designed
maybe a enigma machine designed by Allen Turin will help decifer the code
I do agree that people somtimes just wish to veiw a site without having to enter personal info,and the time it takes to do this with some internet connections

As for viewing the site ... don't forget I could not have done that in Explorer unless you had sent me the url link to the forum ... the bl00dy link on the home page didn't work did it

Don't get me wrong just having a bit of 'banter' with the lads ...
BUT on a serious note the hyperlinks on the site do not work for me if I use Explorer, it's fine with Firefox ! and this is the ONLY site that has EVER caused me a problem like this ...
You have a PHP problem at a guess.
Plus I really think you should consider 'guest' posting on your forum to encourage 'outsiders' to partake ...

Guys,
I've no axe to grind here, but I accessed the site using IE 6.0 yesterday without problem. Unless I'm missing something I can view the forum stuff.
Not being a regular in JWs and not coming to HH on my next trip, I don't need to contribute to JW board so not being a member is no problem.

Pete,
I'm behind a firewall, Norton to be precise ... with Firefox as ny browser the web site works, however with IE6 it doesn't; each 'button' appears as a white box with red X. Basically the site has not been tested properly.
At the end of the day just having a bit of a dig and poking fun at Dr Dave for posting a link that is disfuctional ... erm there's a joke in there somewhere.

This seems to have turned into a sensitive topic!
Okay the website isnt the best in the world, and yeah it was a little quirky in IE which is bizarre as it is the standard for 90% of the planet unfortunately, but what a freakin carry on! Do we need to dish out some chill pills around here? |
