A friend of mine is renting his condo: Living room and separate bedroom. Completely equipped with phone line, a/c, large TV, DVD, fridge, microwave, bathroom and two balconies. Situated in 15th floor with splendid wiew, on the cool side of Condochain on the beach with good pool and amenities. Walking distance from the city Centre. Free from April first onwards.

Is it still available for rent?
If not anyone know of any others in this place? How do you think it compares to the places in the Sport Ville? Thanks.

Sorry, the condo is no longer available.

I'd say Sport Villa and Condochain are about the same. IMHO both are OK for a short stay.
