I've had enough
I've a long fuse but my patience has run out
I operate a 500 Baht broadband connection through TOT
90% of the connection used to be ok. It's now down to 50%
Not business critical as I only use it for email, surfing the web and the odd torrent download
Thinking of going up a notch or two but not sure of the tariffs, so called line speeds and traffic can anyone advise please?
I have to do it through my landlady as she owns the line
No point in talking to TOT officials as they know FA _________________ Syd--------Shine on you crazy diamond

For 500 baht a month you can't really complain, you're on the lowest, cheapest package. This will explain more and why it is so crap:
