I'm sure that sandwiched between the developments, golf courses and nuclear power plants, there are some oases of peace and calm. It's just that no-one's letting on where they are.
Only joking. _________________ "I spent a lot of my money on booze, birds and fast cars - the rest I just squandered". George Best. |

| Just a note of caution for would be purchasers. If the Golf Course is being financed by house sales beware as there are lots of Golf Courses in Thailand with lots of unsold Land plots. Even Palm Hills after being open nearly 15 years still has vacant lots. I would suspect that a property investment in UK has shown a lot better return in 15 years than Palm Hills. |

As I'm led to believe, funding is in place for the golf course, the estate infrastructure, common and commercial areas and residential condos/apartments, buyers will fund only their individual villas.
The golf course is well under construction, deposits are being taken but no private construction contracts have yet been signed. |
