Also, What computer equipment are you allowed to bring with you from outside the country?

As far as I know theres nothing that I'm aware of that says you can't have a personal dish.

You can bring any standard computer kit though you may get taxed or inspected if there is a lot of it or you have any military hardware. Computers are relatively cheap here so unless its your personal hard disk full of data or a decent LCD screen its really not worth the aggro.
