I'm in the process of buying a villa and I am using a Thai solicitor in Hua Hin who speaks good English. Only problem is that after our initial meeting (4 weeks ago) I haven't heard from him since .. and he completely ignored emails I have sent. Doesn't give u a lot of confidence. he is charging me 35000 so should I be expecting more communications?
