Well unfortunately sweetheart when it all goes wrong you split up and you split up the property too.
That may not be the Thai way, but tough. Whether he's an arse, you are an arse, or both of you are arses the fact is that when you split so does the property. Just because hes a farang doesn't mean you keep everything.
You marry a farang you play by farang rules. Divide the property fairly and both go on your ways having learned a lesson.
If you don't want to play like that ... next time marry a Thai.

you dont understand he is hero same. same "man hero"
i buy house before i marry him or live together, it never his house. when he stay house he say it his too and he plan steal it before he come thailand or cheat me with student. i let him live with me. he trick 5000 people let them think we buy it together when married. maybe he confuse because drunk drunk drunk.
a drunk driving drunk smelling drunk acting hero.
oh and he think kids are story. they real in the world but maybe in drunk world they storey.
a hero who bribe low rank police to help him steal wifes car. police captain very upset about him do that and very annoyed the traffic police he pay money for make trouble his wife.
a hero who phone wife say "watch your back, when you least expect it i will be there and get you. you are dead." phone records all calls.
a hero do many things for shame him and family but it because drink. it make him hero his head.
ok about queen i did not know. |

I don't think that whoever 'hecheater' may actually be, is Thai? The name and last line of the 1st post give it away for me. I wonder who/what has prompted this post and what interest hecheater has, if not a simple troll?

Well it looks like Madam wants to continue the debate on this forum; I however will not dignify her slanders by replying in a public forum. I apologise if her post has upset anyone.
I have never named her in this forum because; there are always two sides to every story, so it would not be fair.
I will continue my fight through the Thai legal system, obviously as someone is now feeding her information about my posts, they will be now restricted, but I am confident that justice will prevail.
Thanks again for everyone’s support. |

I know there are two sides to a story but the answer is still the same.
Go to court and sort out out there. The one that doesn't want to go to court is the liar.....easy see. Only the guilty run angel.
If the property is yours legally the court will see that. If its joint owned then you split it evenly. If its yours then the court will award you the property.
If he has as much money as is said, then he can afford to make your life very uncomfortable.
He could have you followed, photographed and watched 24 hours a day.
He can have your phones and computer monitored and listened to, then everything you say reported back to him.
He can freeze your assets and bank accounts.
So go to court and get divorced properly and legally, and do it now before one of you does something stupid they will regret for a long long time
